Emirates is a Dubai-based airline that also happens to be a top choice for many travellers. And now, they have again gone ahead and done something absolutely wonderful for movie buffs travelling with the airlines. Yes, to celebrate the hundredth anniversary of Warner Bros studio, Emirates is releasing a collection of 100 films, this September.

To celebrate 100 years of Warner Bros Studio, Emirates is doing something special. Yes, they are launching a special collection of 100 films on September 1, to celebrate the hundredth anniversary of the renowned movie studio. It’s also the first airline to bring the Warner Bros centennial celebrations to the skies. Emirates also announced that the capsule collection of these classic films and documentaries can be viewed by passengers on the in-flight entertainment system, Ice.

What Movies Can You Expect?

So, you can expect milestone movies like Casablanca and The Wizard of Oz or even blockbusters like Dune and Elvis, in the collection of the 100 films that are being introduced. It should be noted that the Max original documentary will also be included in the collection! As it happens, Emirates has 6,500 channels with on-demand entertainment, 45 Academy award-winning films, more than 2,000 movies, over 600 TV shows, and around 4,000 hours of music, podcast, and audiobooks in 40 languages.

This development comes after recently, Emirates and Air Canada entered into a codeshare partnership for flights to and from Montréal. Offering seamless connectivity, the expansion of this partnership complements a network of 19 points through Toronto.

So, if you are flying with Emirates in September, you might want to spend your time watching these brilliant movies.
