An Indian restaurant called PINCODE was inspired by the famous gastronomic spots in India that can be located by their Pincodes. A pan Indian menu with foods from the North to the coastal South of India is created using the collection of Pincodes of these excellent cuisine venues.
The award-winning Celebrity Chef, Kunal Kapur has many ventures but specifically back home in India. Pincode is a fresh start and labour of love for this chef in Dubai. A famous face from MasterChef India’s judge’s panel, Kunal Kapur has won numerous awards, including the Limca book of record in the F&B department

Along with serving up traditional Indian kebabs, aromatic Biryani, and hearty curries, Pincode’s menu also features inventive chaats, salads, and desserts.
Chaat Hummus, which combines traditional hummus with chaat flavours and is served on crisp bread, is suggested by Chef Kunal. Other dishes you should try include Falooda, Old Delhi Style Bread Pudding, Malai Prawns, Chicken Biryani, and Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry.
Basically, you can find a hint of glocal flavours in the menu of Pincode.
