Chandigarh Is Hosting The Chrysanthemum Show In Sector 33
The city’s flower show is coming up with a lot of glories. With around 270 kinds of Chrysanthemum flowers to look out for, the views surrounding the festival are surely going to be immaculate. The venue of the show is Sector 33’s Terraced Garden and you can expect never-seen-before experiences here.

With a humongous budget of 20 lakh, Chandigarh will host the Chrysanthemum show from 9 December to 11 December, according to a report by DailyHunt. The city has taken all the steps to take the festival to a notch higher by making it plastic-free. You can look forward to fun events, a food court, and huge screens to see the flowers from upfront. Another great aspect of the show is that they are following a zero-waste policy.

To follow their notion of using no plastic, the city is not using any boards or hoardings for advertising the Chrysanthemum festival. Instead, they are using digital video walls to spread the news of the grand event.
If you do not have much information on these flowers, you are in for a treat. There will be arrangements made in the first enclosure that discuss the Chrysanthemum in visually-appealing slide shows. The floral extravaganza has four different enclosures. The second section of the enclosure is arranged for the martyrs. This section will also be decked up with different flowers. And, the third enclosure is for the kids as it has a play arena. Lastly, the fourth enclosure is all about delicious food stalls.
