Chef Vikas Khanna is one of the proudest Ambarsariya! If you follow him, you know that he really loves his hometown. Nandita Iyer, a blogger and nutritionist recently posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) regarding the food diversity in Amritsar.
This post prompted our beloved chef to give a few choice food recommendations. He also mentioned that he would not add the Holy Kitchen of The Golden Temple as it was beyond his capability to rank it.
