All the car enthusiasts assembled at ‘Heritage Rollers 2023’, an event for car lovers, in Chennai. The city hosted a vintage and classic car show by the Historical Cars Association of India (HCAI). It showcased many unique cars that came straight from the past and different parts of the globe. It was hosted on Sunday, August 27, and witnessed a good attendance of people.
A Vintage Car Show: ‘Heritage Rollers 2023’

On Sunday, from 10am to 1pm, vintage car models from Rolls Royce to Bentley were showcased at the ‘Heritage Rollers 2023’. The show was hosted at the sprawling venues of Chennai’s Hotel Turyaa and Rayala Tech Park.
This enthralling exhibition amused visitors and spectators as they were treated to a feast from the past. They witnessed the vintage beauties and peeked into past trends.
Ford T Roadster from 1926, RR Wraith from 1936, Packard (1947), Bentley (1958), Rolls Royce Phantom (1934), Mercedes-Benz (1938), and Chrysler New Yorker (1955) were some of the vintage cars.
The exhibition also hosted other cars like the Citroen, Volkswagen Beetle, BMW, Buick, Land Cruiser, and Fiat. About 20 bikes and 68 cars were showcased in this exhibition.

Owners Were Appreciated For Maintenance

The exhibition, ‘Heritage Rollers 2023’, had cars from 1926 that were extremely well maintained. Sandeep Rai Rathore, Commissioner of Greater Chennai Police, lauded the owners of these vintage and classic cars for their maintenance. The fact that these cars are still in running condition is simply unbelievable.
Secretary of HCAI (Historical Cars Association of India), V.S. Kylas said that these cars are all roadworthy and are restored by their proud owners.
These exhibited cars could easily give the cars of today’s generation a run for their money. Hundreds of people visited this exhibition, and the police asked everyone to make sure that they followed all the road safety rules and drove responsibly.
