It is tucked away in DAMAC Hills, one of its greatest master-planned communities. At the project’s unveiling, DAMAC stated that Golf Greens will include opulent apartments and townhouses that will provide inhabitants with a distinctive lifestyle that mixes the peace of nature with an unmatched golfing experience.
According to the developer, the building has a sizeable parkland area covering close to four million square feet, offering a multitude of leisure and recreational options. Enjoy all this set against the background of the famed Trump International Golf Club Dubai. Zawya, the news site has pointed out some major features by the senior vice president of DAMAC Properties. He says it is a paradise for people looking for the ideal blend of natural beauty, recreational possibilities, and opulent living.

Features And Amenities In Golf Greens
Each house at Golf Greens will have elegance oozing from everywhere. It will be offering a seamless fusion of modern architecture, first-rate facilities, and expansive views of the surrounding fairways and vegetation. One- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two- or three-bedroom townhouses, will be available at Golf Greens. The condominium development will also have infinity pools, living rooms and mini golf courses.
