- Foreign Nationals: Must provide passport & visa details before arrival.
- Property Damage: Any damage will be charged for repair or replacement.
- Illegal Activities: Prohibited (including prostitution and narcotics).
- Commercial Activities: Not permitted on the property.
- Refundable Deposit: May be collected before check-in and refunded within 5 working days if conditions are met.
