• Check-in time is 02:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 am.
• Foreign Nationals are requested to carry scanned copies of their passport & visa as it is a statutory requirement (Mandatory for all foreign nationals). Please carry the original document as well for verification.
• For Indian nationals, valid photo identity proof along with an address by the central/state government will be acceptable (Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID).
• Taxes are imposed by government authorities and are subject to change at the discretion of the government which may be collected at the resort.
• All reservations will be confirmed only against advance payment by bank transfer, bank deposit (less than 49000/-) or payment link.
• Pets are not allowed at our resort.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• For the GST invoice, kindly let us know at the time of confirmation with the GST Certificate. Post check-out we are unable to make any changes to the bill.
• Outside food, beverages (alcoholic/ non-alcoholic), and hookah is strictly prohibited inside the room or resort premises.
• Buffet setup will be subject to total occupancy of the resort, otherwise, the meals will be table served / TDH menu will be given to the guests.
• In a situation of cancellation and if the payment is made via a payment gateway (3rd Party), there shall be a deduction of 2.5% plus 18% GST (transaction charges) while refunding the paid amount. Applicable for bookings eligible for free cancellation.

        Cancellation/amendment Policy:

• Reservations (less than or equal to 04 rooms) - Cancellation/amendments will be accepted 4 days prior to the check-in date, post which full retention will be charged.
• Reservations (less than or equal to 09 rooms) - Cancellation/amendments will be accepted 15 days prior to the check-in date, post which full retention will be charged.
• Group reservation (10 rooms and above) - Cancellation/amendments will be accepted for 30 days prior to the check-in date, failing to do so will attract 100% retention charges.
• The above cancellation policy does not apply during festive season (Diwali, Christmas & New Year), Long Weekends, National Holidays and Peak Season.
• Cancellation policy for social events and long stays will differ.
