An Instagram post by Fig & Maple reads, “We made a conscious decision to suspend all delivery and takeaway services from Fig & Maple. While our restaurant services remain suspended, we are trained in COVID-19 safety protocol and can cook. And the only way I know how to do my bit right now is to cook and feed. So for all the households battling COVID-19 in Greater Kailash 2 in New Delhi, we’re offering a set menu of nutritious, healthy and safely packed and delivered food for the week.” Radhika uploads the menu of the week on her Instagram handle and people can place the orders via WhatsApp. The service is only available for COVID-hit Greater Kailash 2 households. Only Two Chefs Are Managing Everything, Right From Cooking To The Deliveries
Only Radhika and her partner chef, Ravish Bhavnani are handling everything, from procurement of the ingredients to cleaning, cooking, packaging and delivering. They are the only two in the household and both of them are working on the meals.
