According to AP News, passengers heard a loud popping sound and noticed smoke and flames emerging from one of the aircraft’s engines. Within moments, the pilots stopped the plane and ordered an emergency evacuation. Cabin crew members deployed the emergency slides, guiding passengers out of the aircraft calmly and professionally.
