Every year, Dubai-ites unite to take fitness regime to a next level by participating in the annual Dubai Fitness Challenge. It is a movement launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council. And while the challenge lasts for a month, what comes, in the end, is a citywide fun run for the residents and visitors. Known as Dubai Run, the fun run is all set to return this year on November 27.

If you are looking for some training before the run, then you can enrol in training programmes that have been curated by some of the emirate’s leading professional coaches and athletes. Coaches include Manal Rostom, Tania Lolla Kaddoura, Abdullah bin Hajjar, Luke Mathews, Lee Ryan and Luke Gaffney.
