The city is all set to get over 100 new luxury buses, equipped with all things fancy. Here’s what Dubai’s future buses might look like.

The new buses will boast with luxurious reclinable seating, USB charging ports, touch screen, Wifi, dedicated seating area for kids and a ground-level entry, that will benefit kids and senior citizens.
Further, the buses are also made eco-friendly and adhere to the Euro 6 standards, aiming to reduce emission. The luxury coaches will be the first-of-its kind in the Middle East.
Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors at RTA, HE Mattar Al Tayer said: “The procurement of these new buses is part of RTA’s strategy to improve Dubai’s public transport services in the Emirate and meet the sustained growth of public transport riders. It serves RTA’s efforts to raise the share of public transport ridership to 26% by 2030.”

Meanwhile, you can now shuttle between Dubai and Abu Dhabi is style! Luxury buses between Dubai and Abu Dhabi will cost you just AED 25 each way and come with the best of amenities. From free Wifi to charging ports, and USB sockets, passengers can travel in complete comfort. Tickets can be bought using Nol card.
The new coach can accommodate 55 passengers and also has hydraulic lift for people of determination. The coaches reach Abu Dhabi between one and a half to two hours.
