Homes in the complex provide views of both the renowned Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf on opposite sides. In addition, the townhouse neighbourhood has several communal amenities centred around a private park.

In terms of price increases over the last two years, Jumeira Bay has outpaced every other region in Dubai. However, it has become one of the most sought-after vacation spots amongst HNIs. In addition, other homes are in high demand due to the success and sell-out of the Sea Mirror project, most notably the Bulgari Residences and Villa Amalfi.

Recent real estate sales in the emirate have set several records. Earlier this month, they sold a Palm Jumeira Frond G home with a 1,600-year-old olive tree for Dh128 million. The most expensive home sold on the Palm Jumeira was a garden villa that went for Dh67 million in July.
