Egypt Will Soon Welcome A 8 BN EGP Sea-Facing Residential Phase Called The Waterside

Egypt has certain ambitious residential projects that add glam to the heritage city. In the midst of dusty ancient structures, these residential or commercial buildings stand to be the modern element. And similar project was announced previously by Wadi Degla Developments. And now further expansion of the announced project, Murano has been in the media. Waterside, the residential phase worth 8BN EGP is making its way to Eygpt and we are in awe.

Murano In Ain Sokhna Announces Launch Of Residential Phase

The third phase of Egypt’s 8 billion Egyptian Pound Murano mixed-use complex, Waterside, has officially begun. Wadi Degla Developments (WDD) invited the media to announce the commencement of this construction.

According to the CEO of the company, Phase 3, which consists of 300 apartments, would be built for EGP 3 billion. The CEO affirmed the completion of Phase 1 consisting of 600 units. Phase 2’s 720 units are now being built.

Approximately 2,320 villa units, a hotel, a private beach, a marina, commercial spaces and green spaces are all part of the 470,000 square metres (sqm) sea-facing Murano complex.

More About Murano Project By WDD

Murano has acquired more distinctive qualities since its introduction. Murano is situated in a hotspot, the Zaafarana road which is at the entrance of Sokhna. It has Ain Sokhna’s hot spring running through the project. It is also only 30 minutes from the recently constructed capital and an hour from Cairo. The resort now has a huge competitive edge due to recent logistical and geographic changes in Ain Sokhna. So buying a property here means increased investment returns. This, together with the anticipated future expansion of retail space, will be tremendously successful as it meets the needs of the region.

All of the condos in Murano, which cover 470,000 square metres, have a private sea view. The project includes about 2320 units with sizes ranging from 90 to 260 sq m, including detached and attached villas, duplexes, and chalets, as well as a variety of amenities like a hotel, private beach, marina, commercial area with a variety of restaurants and cafes, swimming pools, and expansive grounds related to the project.

We can’t wait for the project to complete!
