Emirates has a new feature in its app which allows passengers to customize playlists and sync it to their seat screens ahead of travel.
What’s It?
Good news for all Emirates customers! You can now catch up on the movies you’ve missed or listen to your favorite songs when you fly with Emirates. The Emirates app allows you to browse across 4000 channels, create personalised playlists and sync it to your screen seat. No more long haul worries! Once you have your play list, connect to the Wi-Fi, key in your seat number, press play and voila, your inflight entertainment is sorted.
Emirates’ inflight entertainment is available across 44 languages, and in fact, their entertainment system is also ranked the best in the world by Skytrax World Airline Awards. Every month, over 100 new movies are added to the system.
What Is The Emirates App?
In case you didn’t know, the Emirates App is a one-stop travel companion which lets you book flights, hotels, cabs, tours and attractions. In addition, passengers can also browse through their food and wine menu, one month prior to departure. Talk about royal treatment mid-air! Lastly, the app also allows passengers to choose their seats before they board.
What Else?
The facility is currently available on more than 100 Emirates’ Boeing 777 aircraft and will soon be added across all other Emirates flights.
