Free Online Happiness Class With Finland

Consistently ranked No. 1 in the World in the World Happiness Report released by The UN, for the last 3 years, Finnish experts are now spilling their secret to happiness.

The Finns are offering a free 60-minute online class, which will feature 6 local experts, who will showcase different activities that contribute to their happiness, such as exercise, food, free time, relaxation, and more.

Some of these experts for this course include Päivikki Koskinen, a therapeutic coach and freelance journalist, who will share her secrets for being happy and Sasu Laukkonen, a Michelin-starred chef, who will talk about food.

While the course has already begun, the first of which was live streamed on May 15 and May 22, the classes are expected to continue throughout June. The live sessions will be available on Facebook and YouTube with a special Q&A taking place on Instagram afterward. Mark the following dates for the next sessions: May 29, June 6, and June 12.

And if you can’t make it, worry not, because these will be posted online so you can catch up on it anytime you want.

The Online Course On Happiness Is Part Of An Older Initiative

The online class is part of an initiative called Rent a Finn, which was launched in 2019. The program offered visitors to spend the day with a Finn local, who would teach them how to be happy by demonstrating the habits of locals. However because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program has shifted to an online, and is now called Rent a Finn Goes Virtual.

Since we all need some help on happiness right now, this course would make for an excellent way to not just learn about happiness but also get an insight into how locals of the most happiest country in the world live!
