Food Vlogger Shares A Video Of Making Of Murmura And The Internet Is Disgusted!

In Indian kitchen, murmura is one of the staple dishes. You can eat it plain or add it in other dishes like jhal muri and bhel puri. Additionally, you can combine it with jaggery to make delectable murmura laddoo. Murmura, also known as puffed rice, is created from rice grains, and it is light on the stomach. Its accessibility and affordability are contributing factors to its growing popularity and is readily available in every nearby food store. Have you ever wondered how murmura is created, though?

Food blogger, Amar Sirohi, is a food blogger who shares interesting videos on Instagram. Recently, he shared a video on the making of murmura. The video starts by showing a man walking on a heap of grains and then washing it in dirty water. After that the same man spreads the washed grains, adds salt and dries them again. Then, they take the dried and salted grains and put them in a machine to pop! Puffed rice is then assembled and packed.

The video of the making of murmura is not very appetising and is disgusting. One of the users wrote that the channel is dedicated to destroying his favourite food items. He further thanked the food blogger for destroying his memories, one video at a time. Another user asked him to not post such disgusting videos that make them lose their appetite.

One of the users asked if we’ve been eating this for so many years and have not fallen sick, then hygiene doesn’t matter. Others are disgusted to look at the sweaty man walking all over the grains. Another user pointed out that this is why Indians have a great immune system.

It is utterly horrifying to look at how the food items, that hold precious childhood memories, are made with unhygienic procedures.
