This time, she did an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Instagram and shared some responses about her life, be it her food preferences or fitness tips.
Mira Kapoor Talked About Losing Weight, Consuming Alcohol & More
One of her followers had a question about drinking alcohol. The Instagrammer asked, “Opinion on alcohol consumption?”. To which Mira simply responded with, “I don’t drink”.
Mira is the mother of 2 babies, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Be it before getting pregnant, during her pregnancy, or postpartum, we have seen so many pictures and videos of her on social media. The one thing that was quite noteworthy was how she bounced back to being and looking fit after her pregnancy. When a user asked, “How did you lose the postpartum weight? Please give some good tips to get rid of stomach fat”, Mira replied that she consulted Pooja Makhija both times. Apart from following a nutritious diet, she also walked 7 km on the beach every day after giving birth to her son.
Not many people know that Mira is a vegetarian. While answering her Instagram AMA session, she shared that she is lacto-vegetarian and has never eaten meat before.
Another Instagram user asked her about her favourite seasonal fruits. Not one or two but Mira has 3 favourite fruits to relish in their specific seasons. Her fav seasonal fruits are Safeda Aam, Litchi, and Sitaphal.
Mira loves to eat Undhiyu. In fact, it is her favourite Gujarati dish. “All my friends know I love it. So they send me their homemade undhiyus”, she shared.

We have seen many celebs going for intermittent fasting. In this AMA session, Mira shared her take on this diet type. Well, intermittent fasting does not work for her as she is a pitta body type. Following this diet habit leads to her facing migraines and acidity.
Breakfast is Mira’s most favourite part of the day. She loves this moment in the morning and has a great me-time while reading a newspaper.
