Vidyut Jammwal took to Instagram on December 10, his birthday, to share a glimpse of his annual Himalayan retreat. The action shared pictures of himself, in his birthday suit, bathing in the clear blue waters and cooking a frugal meal in the lap of nature. In the caption, he reveals that 14 years ago, he first set food into the Himalayan ranges, “the abode of the divine”.

And before he realised it, the Himalayan ranges became an integral part of his life. Vidyut Jammwal commits to spending 7 to 10 days alone every year in the Himalayas. He introspects that setting foot into the wilderness from a life of luxury and adulation helps him connect with himself on a deeper level. The Commando actor understands the importance of knowing “Who he is not” which he considers to be the first step into knowing “Who he truly is’.

Also, he confesses to fending for himself in the quiet luxuries provided by nature. Moreover, Vidyut Jammwal confesses to being most comfortable outside his comfort zone as he tunes into the natural frequency of nature. Imagining himself as the satellite dish antenna, the martial arts expert, says he receives and emits vibrations of happiness and love. It allows him to vibrate at a frequency of compassion, determination, achievement and action.
