5 Major Redevelopment Projects In Dubai

1. Palm Jebel Ali 

Palm Jebel Ali will be two times the size of Palm Jumeirah! It will offer waterfront experiences, breathtaking waterfalls, and extensive green spaces. The new project will add 110 kilometres of coastline to Dubai. The plan will offer nearly 35,000 families luxurious beachside living.

2. La Mer

In order to create J1 Beach, La Mer South is now being dismantled and rebuilt. The new space will establish itself as a pioneering beach resort destination. It will provide mesmerising sea vistas, delicious F&B options, and much more right in the centre of Jumeirah.

3. Dubai International Financial Centre

At the Gate Avenue shopping centre in Dubai’s DIFC financial sector, various changes are being made. Many stores were closed and relocated, as the zone arrangement of the mall was revised.

4. Deira Enrichment Project

The DEP plans to revitalise the area by building a network of plazas with mixed-use areas that are connected to one another. The DEP is changing the look of Deira with cafes, a play area, and a tonne of gold shops.

5. Pointe

The Pointe will be converted into a mixed-use complex on the Palm Jumeirah. The new development was announced in May of this year. The renovation led to the closure of many retail shops and the fountain.
