Are You Ready To Travel This Summer Holiday Season?
People often say that if you really have a passion for travel, no one can stop you from living your dreams and exploring the world. Looks like it is becoming a reality check for this year’s summer holiday travel diaries. In between the rise in mercury and heat waves, travellers are making plans to escape to mountains and hills and enjoy a respite from the intolerable heat. Summer vacations in schools and semester breaks in colleges are starting soon and this is a peak time to travel.
A report by Mint stated how the travel sector is noticing a significant surge in demand to travel to colder touristy places. Along with travellers’ wishes to visit hills and mountains, there are also many tourists who wish to spend a few days of their holidays in a bit warmer destinations. India is home to diverse landscapes with endless options of mountains, beaches, plains, and much more.
Seeing the epic rise in demand among travel enthusiasts and an increase in bookings, flight tickets are getting costlier. The fare is rising for destinations within India and overseas as well. The last month saw a major jump in the air travel industry. With more and more travellers taking vacations in May and June, the numbers are only expected to surge higher.
