Gary Mehigan Goes On Culinary Cruise In Australia
On his Instagram stories, he shares various behind-the-scenes of the culinary cruise. He even managed to share enviable table set-ups and they frankly made us want to join the cruise! One of the BTS he shared with us was of the scones being prepared.
He tagged the pastry chef Darren Purchese and showed us his magic at work. We got to see a brief glimpse of a few scones in the oven while the others were being prepped. In addition to lavishing such BTS upon us, he also showed us the view from the deck!
About The Great Australian Culinary Cruise By Cunard
The Great Australian Culinary Cruise will span a course of seven nights and eight days. It commenced on January 4, 2024, and will end on January 11, 2024. The starting point of the cruise will be Melbourne and then, it will proceed to Adelaide.
It will then proceed to Hobart and then back to Melbourne via Tasmania and South Australia. This particular cruise aims to shine a spotlight on Australia’s gastronomic delights. And who would be better for the job than culinary masters like Gary Mehigan, Karen Martini, and more?
Karen Martini will spearhead the culinary voyage. Darren Purchese will show off his pastry-making skills. Mark Olive, Gary Mehigan and Katie Spain will also charm the visitors with their masterful skills.
