It is hoped that these new services will make it easier than ever for people to travel to and from Pune. Pune All Set To Get Four New Vande Bharat Trains Soon
According to an article which was recently published by the Pune Pulse, a total of four new routes were added. The new routes will provide a connection between Pune and Baroda, Pune and Belgaon, Pune and Secunderabad, and Pune and Shegaon.
Prior to this, two new routes had also been added from Pune. In addition to the four new routes mentioned earlier, there are three other Vande Bharat services that link Pune to other regions. These are Mumbai to Solapur, Pune to Hubli, and Pune to Kolhapur.
The ticket prices for the four new Vande Bharat connections are not known as of yet. However, the price for the Pune-Kolhapur Vande Bharat train service is ₹560 for the chair car. For the executive chair car, tickets are priced at ₹1,135.
Other Important Details That You Should Know About Them
The very first Vande Bharat service was launched in February 2019. As of now, it is estimated that as many as 70 Vande Bharat train services are operational. These train services offer an elevated and more premium travel experiences to those who can afford it.
Given that they are a semi-high-speed train service, they also offer faster travel options for people who would otherwise have to spend three to four extra hours in travel.
