This is the 28th edition of the ongoing Gulfood, which is the world’s largest F&B event. And this year over 125 countries are participating and bringing their quirky albeit innovative food products here. Brunei Darussalam, Germany, Brazil, Australia, India, Colombia, Greece, Jordan, and many more countries are a part of this prestigious event. So, it’s safe to say that they have all brought along a bunch of niche and exciting products native to their culture, which will make you want to reach for your wallets real quick.

As mentioned, there are easily more than 100 countries participating. So, it’s hardly surprising that over 5000 exhibitors have put up stalls here. And since this is their biggest edition yet with it being 30 per cent larger, you have 24 halls to explore! Not to mention, about 49 per cent of the exhibitors are new, so you will certainly find some novel products here! The long-awaited international finals of the YouthX Young Chef Challenge will challenge the young hotel chefs and you get to witness the 4 best hotel teams from Mexico, Thailand, India, and UAE, in their element. The winning team of the Young Chef Challenge will get a one-week internship at ‘La Pergola’ in Rome. On 24th February, you can watch the YouthX Academy Challenge, where the skills of culinary school students will be tested. And the winner will get to intern for 3 months at Dubai’s most sustainable kitchen of the year.
