Head To These 11 Popular Maggi Spots In Delhi To Have Our Favourite Winter Snack!

Chaiwalas in Delhi provide relief from the cold on every corner of Delhi’s winter streets. The edible version of that is Maggi! There’s a reason Himalayan peaks carry noodles instead of water. It’s because us north Indians can survive without one of these things and it’s not Maggi. Delhi winter is the perfect time to indulge this very unhealthy snack. Since we are already suffering the cold, we convince ourselves we have to do something to survive it. Hot soupy spicy noodles come to the rescue. You win some, you lose some, right? While Maggi is everywhere, we have picked out the best Maggi spots in Delhi. These Amazing Places In Delhi Will Come To You Rescue For Those 1AM Chai Cravings!

1. Tom Uncle

DU North Campus is not itself without Maggi. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, or boredom, Maggi is perfect for any time of day in the world of students. Tom Uncle serves 50 different kinds of Maggi under one roof. You’ll never grow tired of this place, even if you stick to OG masala Maggi. It’s just that good! They open at 11AM. It’s always crowded and perky but, you never have to wait too long because they’re prepared for the mob.

2. Kev’s Café

Every time we’re at Satyaniketan amidst all the amazing cafés, a little stall is where our hearts stops at. Our feet automatically lead us to Kev’s and before we know it, we’re inhaling Mughlai Maggi for no fault of our own. When the going gets spicy, Banta comes to the rescue. Kev’s Café is a city gem, revered far and wide since many many years. Students across at South Campus live on what they serve.

3. Laxman Fast Food

If a dhaba is good enough for Ranbir Kapoor, then it’s good enough for us. This place proudly displays pictures of the Bollywood star who shot for Rockstar here. What we love even more than the gorgeous actor is the Maggi here. They add vegetables and green chili for a kick to Delhi winter staple food. Eating noodles by a small bonfire is the way to do it at this place.

4. Nescafe

DU colleges are filled with Nescafe kiosks that never have enough Maggi. Taste the student life with a plate of classic Maggi from Nescafe. This chain has so many outlets across the city, we’ve lost count. From masala tea to masala Maggi, everything is on the menu. Inside the campus areas, these kiosks sell everything at a lower price. In market areas the price and quality both are a bit higher.

5. Cafe Delhi Heights

If you’re craving some typical desi Maggi but your friends won’t bare the cold in the open for you, this place is the solution. Their ISBT Makhani Maggi is perhaps the best Maggi we have ever had in a fine Delhi restaurant. Granted, you wouldn’t pay as much at ISBT, but you also wouldn’t get the same quantity. We definitely recommend trying this one out, specially if you find yourself at this café. The noodles are thick, masaledaar and creamy, all at the same time and we have no idea how!

6. Maggi Point

They have 12 flavours of rich creamy Maggi. Garlic Chilli Vegetable Maggi With Cheese is our favourite. Is there any other flavour you could want in one bowl of wintery noodles? One hot steaming serving of spicy goodness will cure all the cold chills you’ve been fighting this season. This is what creative problem solving looks like.

7. VFX -Veg Food Xpress

They do a desi Dilli wali Maggi Veggie & Paneer Tandoori Tadka! Can it get more Delhi than this? The food here is all street style city favourites. From poha to biryani, everything is great. Yet, we keep going back to their unique Maggi specials because nobody cooks 2-minute Maggi like them!

8. Mag ‘N’ Cheese

Cheesy Peri Peri, Tex Mex, Punjabi Butter Tadka and Simple Maggi are some of the reasons we go all the way to Kamla Nagar to a small humble shop for just one bowl of noodles. Okay two. Maximum three! It’s cold, spare us the snare. They top their servings with a special cheese sauce that sets this place apart.

9. Penta Café

They have an extensive menu but the only thing worth eating here really is Maggi. Their Maggi is less soupy more gravy. It’s amazing to see how the texture is so different from regular Maggi and worth a try. It’s an experience to eat here. The regulars here see this place as a quick and simple hangout spot with some truly sinful noodles and kitkat shake. They’re open till 1130 PM which is perfect for winter nights.

10. Hunger Maggi Point

Their menu has dedicated 1/3rd of itself just to Maggi. It’s divided into soupy, dry, fried soupy and fried dry. Now this is the kind of diligence we deserve. This small stall had huge helpings. When it comes to making customers happy, they’ve left no stone unturned by mastering the perfect consistency and texture. That’s one thing a lot of places get wrong, but these guys will never serve you food over or undercooked. They’ve even conjured up a cute seating for customers under fairy lights and starry nights.

11. Balaji Tandoori Chai

First came Tandoori Chai, then Tandoori Rajma Chawal and now we have Tandoori Maggi too! We are just too excited about this one. This is what Delhi deserves. The cold has nothing over a hot tandoor and Maggi straight out of there is a winter dream come true. Cooked Maggi is poured into a kulhad hot from the tandoor which makes the noodles bubble like it’s the end of the world. These theatrics add a smokey flavour to your Maggi along with an armour ensuring it doesn’t go cold before you finish.

Delhi is a city that lives on Maggi. Adults and children are all equally responsible for the collective consumption of this evil god of deliciousness. We have to find a way to quench our cravings but, until then, if we are going to indulge, then we might as well get the best. These are places with the most varieties and best execution of their versions. However, in the end, ghar ki Maggi is unbeatable. Yet, it’s not always the best way to satiate ourselves and that’s where these Maggi spots come into play. Head now to see what we’re talking about and they cold will seem softer, we promise!
