Dubai’s nightlife is all set to get jazzier as a famous cabaret spot is all set to open in JBR. We are talking about Lío Ibiza, which is coming to Dubai for the first time! Yes, the flagship restaurant will come up at FIVE LUXE in 2024 and is said to host jaw-dropping shows. Staying true to the glamorous side of Dubai, this new establishment is going to transform the nightlife scene in Dubai with its renowned DJs and captivating atmosphere. As it happens, Lío Dubai is expected to be spread over 35,000 ft.² which will be able to accommodate more than 300 visitors on the terrace for a panoramic view of the glittering Dubai skyline. Additionally, it will also be able to accommodate, 500 guests in its dinner show and over 1000 revellers in the unmatched club.

What More Can You Expect Here?
Coming to its design, the building will be curvaceous on the exterior so that a large waterfall can cascade down from the roof on the back of the stage. This will not just beautify the establishment but will also add to the immersive experience of the visitors. Moreover, a large glass facade will also let patrons access the different balconies and terraces of the building.
In case you are wondering, this futuristic venue will be a part of the third instalment of FIVE’s Dubai hotel empire. FIVE LUXE is all set to welcome guests from the last quarter of 2023 onwards. The striking beachfront hotel will feature an array of restaurants, a glitzy beach club, and basically all the best parts of the Palm Jumeirah property.
