It’s no secret that aeroplanes make travelling long distances so much easier. Even while travelling within the country, taking a flight is much more convenient. And it seems that the rest of the travellers also resonate with this sentiment, as it was recently reported that in January 2023, Indians took 96 per cent more domestic flights. Here are more details about this.
96% More Indian Took Domestic Flights
As mentioned above, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation recently revealed that domestic flights carried 96 per cent more Indians in the January of 2023. As such, 125.42 lakh Indians boarded domestic flights! This basically boils down to being twice as compared to 64.08 lakhs during the same time, last year.
