If there is one celebrity who can make conversations about vegetables, fitness, and life philosophy sound entertaining, it is Jackie Shroff. The actor recently appeared on Sunday Brunch with Kamiya Jani, arriving with the same energy audiences have come to expect from him; unfiltered, funny, and completely himself. Somewhere between discussions about health, routines, and food, Jackie ended up revealing something that instantly made him relatable to anyone who has ever raided the kitchen after midnight.
Jackie Shroff Reveals His Biggest Weakness
It all began when Kamiya Jani, our editor-in-chief, pointed out how fit he looks and asked him the question celebrities hear all the time: what is your routine? Jackie’s response came without a second of hesitation.
“Mera routine follow mat karna, kyunki band bajj jaayega.”
That set the tone for the rest of the conversation. Jackie Shroff simply wasn’t interested in pretending he survives on green juices and discipline alone. Yes, he maintains a structured lifestyle. He sleeps for around six hours, stays busy, and is constantly working. But he was also quick to admit that he has one weakness that refuses to leave him alone. Sugar!
And at this particular time of the year, that weakness has a name: mangoes.
With mango season in full swing, Jackie confessed that he has been eating so many of them that he can literally see the impact. Looking at himself with complete amusement, he joked that the mangoes have started announcing their presence.
“Mera side se pet nikal raha hai.”
It was the sort of brutally honest observation most people make while standing in front of a mirror after weeks of telling themselves they will start eating healthy “from Monday.” The confession did not end there.

Says He Can’t Resist Jalebi, Gulab Jamun, Kheer And More
Jackie then revealed what he considers his biggest problem. His meals often happen late at night. (Very late).
“Main raat ko khane baithta hoon.”
There is something about eating a favourite treat when the world is asleep that feels impossible to resist, even when every health rule says otherwise. Then came the question that truly unlocked the floodgates; “What is his favourite sweet?”
Most people would name one dessert and move on. Jackie Shroff treated it like a rapid-fire round. He mentioned jalebi, gulab jamun, mawa cake, kheer, phirni. And the list kept going!
Every time it seemed like he had reached the end, another favourite appeared. It quickly became clear that asking Jackie to choose a single dessert might be harder than asking him to choose a favourite film.
