This Is What An Ideal Date Night Looks Like For Kartik Aaryan And Ananya Panday

The last Sunday Brunch episode of 2025 had our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, gate-crashing Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri stars Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s date in Dubai. The trio dined at Dubai’s famous progressive Indian restaurant, Mann Marzi. In a dinner led by Chef Nimesh Bhatia, Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday revealed what an ideal date for them looks like.

While gorging on beautiful-looking, tasting plates of Palak Patta Chaat, Rogan Josh Seekh Kebab, Mushroom Cold Kebab and Kadhi Kachori, Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday spoke about shooting for their latest film in Croatia. They spoke standing in freezing water, a gust of cold wind leaving them watery-eyed and their frequent demands to their director to let them stand in knee-deep instead of waist-deep water.

What Does An Ideal Date Night Look Like?

In the gorgeous setting of Mann Marzi, Kamiya asked the Bollywood stars what their ideal date would look like. Candle-lit dinner or something more outdoorsy? “I am a home person. I like to stay at home,” replied Ananya. Kartik revealed that earlier, he would brainstorm about taking his lady love to a yacht or for a candle-lit dinner. But over the years, even the Chandu Champion star admits to becoming a more homely person. He stressed the importance of organising a date at a place where both he and his date can be comfortable.

Ask them if love is a changing concept. Ananya opined that while social media and films can throw a lot of information at us, inherently, the core remains the same. Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan remained committed to gorging on the food kept in front of him. He even asked us what’s for dessert. After all, it’s his cheat day! And we at Curly Tales wouldn’t think about letting him end his meal without a lavish dessert! Kartik gorged on his favourite Rasamalai and admitted to not liking mushrooms.
