Chaitra Navratri, one of the most important nine-day festivals for Hindu devotees, has begun on March 19 and will continue till March 27. During this time, devotees pray to Goddess Durga, observe fasts and follow a sattvic diet. So, if you’re fasting this Navratri and looking for vrat-friendly dishes that keep you full, here are some options you can try.

1. Breakfast

  • Sabudana Dosa

For breakfast during Navratri, you can try this special Sabudana Dosa served with Vrat wali green chutney and Aloo. It’s light yet filling, making it the perfect first meal of the day to keep you energised.

  • Fruit & Nut Salad
