They are hosting a five-night culinary residency at Masque Lab from May 18 to 22, 2026, and no, it’s not just a regular pop-up. It marks Chef Gaggan Anand’s return to Mumbai in a more immersive and experimental format.
The Michelin-starred Chef Gaggan is also known as “India’s rebel chef.” At Masque Lab, he will showcase his unique culinary vision in a small and intimate 14-seater chef’s table setup. He compares it to a test match, where patience, endurance, and technical skill are really tested, unlike the quick pace of daily service.
