We are officially in January 2026, and that means new adventures, new experiences, and a lot of new food waiting for us. And let’s be honest, food is the most important part for many of us. It’s winter too. What better way to feel good than trying some comforting, delicious food this month? We at Curly Tales have rounded up some exciting new menus from across the country. New Menus In Delhi NCR

1. Bobachee

Bobachee’s new menu is a love letter to India’s regional cuisine and cannot be missed this year. Diners can go on an immersive journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, with flavours that are thoughtfully crafted, plated, and celebrated. You can expect dishes like Lucknowi Galouti Kebab, Himachali Siddu, Paneer Bhajiya Pao, and Crispy Prawn Kataifi. The menu also includes comforting classics like Curd Rice, Palak Rice, Raw Mango Curry, and more. This new menu brings together memories, traditions, and a lot of love. Perfect for food lovers, if you ask us.

2. OMO

OMO is back with its highly anticipated winter brunch. It features a charred menu and an expansive grazing table. Expect dishes like Grilled Winter Vegetables, Oyster Mushrooms, Charred Cabbage With Red Onion Jam, Tempura Shimeji Mushrooms, Potato Puree, and Mushroom Jus, inspired by a classic Sunday roast. The menu also includes regional curries, Appam Stations, French Toasts, and winter favourite Hot Chocolate.

3. BANNG

BANNG Gurugram has introduced a new menu with a deeper and more vibrant exploration of Thai flavours. It includes Vibrant Salads, Bangkok Street Food, Cup Instant Noodles, Wok-Fired Mains, and indulgent desserts rooted in authentic Thai traditions. With this new menu, BANNG continues to build a strong bridge between Bangkok and Gurugram.

4. Parisian Cafe

Craving comforting food inspired by global flavours? Parisian Cafe has launched a new menu using fresh seasonal ingredients. Diners can enjoy favourites like Lamb Lasagna, Clear Vegetable Soup With Glass Noodles, and Asian-Style Broth With Winter Vegetables and Kaffir Lime. If you are in the mood for something crispy, try the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Southern Tex-Mex Rolls, and playful bites like Tostada Tarts topped with Guacamole, Kidney Beans, Salsa, and Sour Cream.

5. Daryaganj

Daryaganj brings a traditional North Indian feast this winter. This menu is perfect for those who love classics and do not want to experiment much. The menu features Sarson Ka Saag With Makki Ki Roti, Bhutta Shorba, Bathua Ka Raita, Saag Meat, Saag Chicken, and Paneer Methi Malai Tikka. End your meal with their bestselling Gulab Jamun, which is soft, rich, and comforting.

6. Prego

Prego in The Westin Gurgaon, one of the finest Italian restaurants in Delhi NCR, has unveiled its winter menu. This season, it introduces the city’s first European Cheese Trolley, a mobile cart that arrives tableside. Guests can indulge in premium European cheeses, along with dishes like Lemon And Ricotta Ravioli, 40-Layer Lasagna Bolognese Made With Lamb, Seabass With Saffron, and Braised Pork. Desserts include Lemon Caprese and Pistachio and Hazelnut Lava Cake. This is undoubtedly one of the best new menus in India!

7. Punjab Grill

Punjab Grill has launched its winter menu inspired by seasonal produce and age-old cooking techniques. Expect Kale Chane Ka Shorba, Ambarsari Paya Shorba, Te Keema Samosa, Aloo Methi Ke Shorle, Macchi De Pakode, and Mash Ki Dal. Do not miss their Gajrela, slow-cooked with carrots, cardamom, and nuts.

8. The Bombay Canteen

Inspired by winter produce and regional traditions, The Bombay Canteen’s new menu celebrates food that warms the heart and soul. Dishes include Ema Datshi, Smoked Pumpkin Launji, Charred Carrots, Roasted Hara Chana Salad, Tandoori Lamb Chops, and Duck Momos. Comforting classics like Dal Makhani, Prawn Mappas, Koftas, and Hotel-Style Chicken Pepper Roast round off the menu. Bombay Canteen definitely has one of the best menus in India!

9. Romano’s

Romano’s in JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has launched Formaggi D’Italia, inspired by Italy’s regional cheese culture. The menu features an artisanal Italian cheese board with Bocconcini, Mozzarella, and Pine Nut-Crusted Goat Cheese. It moves on to creamy pastas and lasagnas, before ending with timeless desserts like Classic Tiramisu and Sicilian Cannoli with Ricotta.

10. Otoki

South Mumbai’s favourite Japanese dining spot, Otoki, has unveiled Menu 2.0. Each dish honours Japanese heritage while embracing modern expression. Highlights include Nasu Dengaku, Portobello Sando, comforting Bento Boxes, and an elevated raw bar featuring Bluefin Tuna Otoro, Yuzu Hamachi, Koji Negima, and delicately grilled prawns.

11. Bar Sogo

Bar Sogo has stepped into 2026 with a new winter menu celebrating global flavours rooted in Goan charm. Expect Fiery Grilled Prawns With Toddy Vinegar, Shrimp Tortellini, Lamb Sliders, and desserts like The Night Garden, made with dark chocolate, pistachio, and edible flowers on a crisp Kataifi Nest. Do try their cocktails like Gimlet Gone Scurvy, Goibara, and Tomato Bright Navigator.

12. Dzurt

Dzurt Jaipur has launched an exclusive winter menu with seasonal desserts and warm beverages. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth, the menu includes Sticky Toffee Pudding, Strawberry Tres Leches, Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Frosting, Churros With Hot Chocolate, Hot Fudge Sundae, and their signature Classic Hot Chocolate.

Cost: ₹700 for two approx.
