No Hum Saath Saath Hai! Bride Seeks Divorce After Husband’s Family Joins Nainital Honeymoon

A couple from Meerut is heading for a divorce, and the reason will leave you flabbergasted! Last year, the groom decided to bring his family along on the honeymoon to Nainital that he was meant to share with his newlywed wife. This became a source of constant arguments after the trip, and divorce is now on the table.

Husband Plans Nainital Honeymoon With Parents & Siblings

In an arranged marriage, a honeymoon is often seen as a chance for the bride and groom to get to know each other on a deeper, more personal level. Honestly, regardless of how a couple gets married, a honeymoon is typically a time to bond, make memories and discover new things about one another.

However, what happens when that intimate getaway turns into a family vacation? That’s exactly what happened to a newlywed woman from Meerut after her husband decided to bring his parents and siblings along on their honeymoon to Nainital. What began as an unusual honeymoon arrangement has now reportedly become a reason for divorce.

According to Hindustan Times, the couple’s marriage was arranged through a matrimonial website. After the man decided to turn his Nainital honeymoon into a family trip, the issue became a source of constant tension and arguments between the couple.

While the wife maintained that the presence of her husband’s family prevented the couple from fully enjoying their honeymoon in Nainital, the husband reportedly felt otherwise. If that wasn’t enough, Navbharat Times reported that the couple later planned a trip to Dubai, but the husband once again wanted to bring his family members along.

As the dispute escalated, the matter was taken to the local police station for mediation. When those efforts failed, the couple was referred to the Family Counselling Centre in the police lines. During the counselling sessions, both sides levelled serious allegations against each other, but no resolution could be reached. The couple is now determined to part ways and seek a divorce.
