What is wrong with hygiene these days? It makes me so sad. Cafes are popping up everywhere, but the cleanliness and hygiene are zero out of ten! I even got a live caterpillar in my food today from Paris Panini!

Paris Panini Founder Responds To The Claim
Paris Panini founder Nicolas Grossemy responded directly to Majhi’s post, apologising for the experience and calling the incident “completely unacceptable.” In a series of replies to the post, he said the incident fell far below the standards the brand aims to maintain and added that the company has processes in place across its kitchens to prevent such issues.
He also said he wanted to understand exactly where the order came from and what may have gone wrong, rather than making assumptions without all the details. The founder asked Majhi to share her order information privately so that the matter could be investigated and corrective action could be taken.
