Anand Mahindra recently took to his X account to share an AI-generated clip created by Chutney Maami, a vegetarian restaurant in Kilimanoor, Kerala. The video brings to life his earlier tongue-in-cheek idea that an interstate drone delivery service could one day transport its famous Giant dosa to food lovers elsewhere in India. The exchange started a few weeks ago when Anand Mahindra shared a video of Chutney Maami’s enormous Bahubali Dosa. In his post, he explained that his grandson was visiting and happened to be a dosa enthusiast. The industrialist, who said he doesn’t usually recommend travelling somewhere solely for food, admitted this particular dish was tempting enough to make an exception.
He stated that he would love to “teleport” his family to Chutney Maami for a Sunday meal and jokingly wondered whether Swiggy or Zomato could introduce an interstate drone delivery service. He even acknowledged the obvious problem: the dosa might not survive the journey in perfect condition.
