What Passengers Can Expect From Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat?
1. Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Trains Will Arrive Every Eight Minutes
The NCRTC has revised the frequency of Namo Bharat trains on the Delhi-Meerut corridor. As per News18, the revised schedule will remain effective from July 30 to August 14. This move is expected to benefit commuters travelling between Delhi, Ghaziabad and Meerut.
As per the new schedule, Namo Bharat trains will now run every 8 minutes instead of every 10 minutes across the entire Delhi-Meerut corridor. The trains operate from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi to Modipuram in Meerut.
2. 52 Extra Train Trips Added
With the increased train frequency, passengers can expect 52 extra train trips every day during the Kanwar Yatra. At present, around one lakh passengers use the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat corridor daily.

3. Passenger Numbers Expected To Rise
During the Kanwar Yatra, the number of passengers travelling on Namo Bharat trains is expected to increase. Keeping this in mind, the NCRTC has increased train frequency so commuters and pilgrims can enjoy shorter waiting times.
4. Parking Facilities May Be Unavailable
Due to road closures during the Kanwar Yatra, parking facilities at some Namo Bharat stations may be temporarily unavailable. Passengers should check the latest updates before heading to the station.
5. Plan Your Trip Properly
Several roads across Delhi, Ghaziabad and western Uttar Pradesh may remain closed or diverted during the Kanwar Yatra. If you are travelling to a Namo Bharat station by road, leave early and check traffic updates to avoid delays.
