India has won big at the World Travel Awards 2025. The nation has secured seven major titles across Asia, spanning hotels, suites, luxury camps and retreats. From a boutique hotel to a luxury camping company, here’s what India has won during the awards. 

India Shines At World Travel Awards 2025

During the 32nd World Travel Awards, India delivered an amazing performance. From boutique hotels to suites and even a luxury camping company, the nation has hit another milestone and proved that it is slowly becoming the destination every traveller dreams of coming to. These award-winning destinations also highlight India’s growing reputation as a leading hub for the best hotels, wildlife stays and luxury camps. According to a report by NDTV, these were the winners announced during the World Travel Awards 2025:

1. Asia’s Leading Boutique Hotel 2025: The Postcard on the Arabian Sea, Maravanthe Beach, Karnataka: This highly regarded hotel sits on the serene Maravanthe Beach and offers a peaceful and luxurious experience. The hotel is designed to offer a calm stay where guests can relax with the sound of the ocean in the background.

2. Asia’s Leading Hotel 2025: The Oberoi, New Delhi, India: The Oberoi, New Delhi, is now officially Asia’s leading hotel. The property is known for its luxury atmosphere and high-end amenities. It has spacious rooms with views of Humayun’s Tomb, great dining options, and even a 24-hour butler service. Its modern design, paired with traditional elegance, is what makes it the best in Asia.

3. Asia’s Leading Hotel Suite 2025: Kohinoor Suite, The Oberoi Udaivilas, India: The Kohinoor Suite at The Oberoi Udaivilas is considered an exceptional luxury experience. It offers unmatched service and breathtaking views of Lake Pichola, the Aravalli hills and the City Palace.
