The former cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar (@sachintendulkar), often takes to social media to share glimpses of his daily life, from trying new recipes and going on safaris to playing cricket and more. Recently, he once again took to Instagram to share his tea routine. He posted the video with the caption, “A cup of tea has been part of more innings than most people realise.”
In the clip, Sachin Tendulkar is seen preparing a cup of green tea. He first takes out a tea bag while keeping the water to boil in a kettle. He then places the tea bag in a cup and pours the hot water from the kettle into it.

The Cricket Legend Likes Preparing His Own Tea
While preparing the tea, Sachin Tendulkar revealed that this has always been a part of his routine. He said that he likes preparing his own tea and used to do so even during his cricket matches because the last thing he wanted was someone coming to serve him tea.
He also mentioned that during matches, he did not want anyone entering his room. Even at home, he is used to doing things on his own. Reacting to the post, former cricketer Irfan Pathan commented, “Chai is love.”
