Vikramaditya Vedic Clock Has Elements Of The Indian Calendar
The newly-launched Vikramaditya Vedic Clock is the world’s first clock based on India’s ancient time calculation system, called ‘Kaal Ganana’. Moreover, it divides the day into 30 equal parts, each of 48 minutes, The Free Press Journal reported
Along with time, the clock also shows elements from the Indian calendar like Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, and other festivals. With Vikramaditya Vedic Clock, CM also launched a mobile app. It gives access to more than 7,000 years of historical and religious data, even of the Mahabharata period. The app is accessible in 189 languages and provides Panchang information like accurate sunrise and sunset timings, daily muhurat, and festival dates.
