Thanksgiving 2025 is just a few days away, and many people are waiting for this day just to eat delicious turkey. Digital creator Juliette (@itsmejuliette) recently launched a recipe series on social media, where she shares creative new dishes to try. One of her recipes that caught our attention is called Matcha Turkey, and honestly, it is unique and something we have never heard of before.

To marinate the turkey, she adds matcha powder to a bowl and mixes it with some spices, oil, and milk. She then takes a brush and gently covers the turkey with the matcha mixture. She also injects some matcha latte in the turkey for “extra flavour.” After that, she baked it in the oven for some time. Ensuring the turkey was properly cooked, the chef cut a piece of the dish and enjoyed it hot.
