Actress Shares Her Views On Dieting
Since Nauheed is also a big foodie, we went to Cafe 792 in Dadar Parsi Colony in Mumbai. It is a tiny, budget-friendly hidden gem known for its outdoor seating and rotating daily menu of Parsi food delicacies. Here, we enjoyed Dhansak, a rich, spiced Parsi lentil and vegetable stew, and Kachumber, which is a fresh, chopped raw vegetable salad served alongside it. These two dishes came with brown caramelised rice.
Looking at how much Nauheed loves food, we at Curly Tales asked her, “Can Parsis ever be on a diet?” The Anwar actress said, “When I was younger, I think I was. Now, I am like YOLO.” Her answer truly made us laugh. We then also ordered a delicious apple pie before ending the fun episode. Honestly, this was not just an episode for us. It was a glimpse into a community that is small in numbers but immense in warmth and culture.
