Indian, Pakistani Bikers In UAE Come Together To Ride For Peace

India’s 75th Independence Day celebration was a big event celebrated nationwide and in other countries. Indian expats are settled in many countries, making it a point to celebrate Independence day wherever they are. This time riders from India and Pakistan came together to mark Independence Day by going on a ride for peace in UAE.

Ride For Peace This Independence Day

In honour of the nation’s 75th anniversary of Independence, groups of bikers from India and Pakistan joined forces to promote peace and unity. Their campaign reflected brotherhood and harmony.

Nearly 50 motorcycle enthusiasts from the Singh’s Motorcycle Club (SMC), Pakistani Riders Group (PRG), and Indian Motorcycle Riders Club (IMRC) set out early in the morning to commemorate the day of freedom. The dusty weather couldn’t hamper their urge to ride throughout the UAE and demonstrate their unity. The group created a positive impression on an otherwise gloomy day by using melodies and flags from both nations.

The group left Warsan and proceeded through the Al Qudra corridor before stopping for a picture opportunity at the Last Exit on Sheikh Zayed Road. Both genders represented the group. Age is not a barrier, and passion has no bounds. Biker members ranged in age from 18 to the elderly in the gang.

The youngest, Nikita Natu, obtained her licence last month. Gurnam Singh was the leader of the initiative. On this particular day for both nations, the bikers were glad to share a message of hope. They also expressed gratitude to the UAE government for making all the necessary arrangements for the initiative to be a huge success.

Gurnam Singh devoted the ride to the country’s respective freedom fighters. He remarked that the sacrifice of the freedom fighter is what got all of us where we are today. The accomplishment of the soldiers for the nation and its citizens must be preserved and appreciated indefinitely.
