Satyam Gadhvi, an Aerospace engineering from IIT Madras was the only passenger travelling from Ekta Nagar to Vadodara by train. Unfortunately, his train was cancelled as the tracks were washed off due to heavy rains. But that’s when Indian Railways came to his rescue and booked a cab for him as his train got cancelled. Satyam Gadhvi took to Twitter to share a video thanking the Railway department for booking a cab for him from Ekta Nagar to Vadodara. He went on to add that even the cab driver was very nice. The gesture of booking a cab for a passenger by Indian Railways showed how much importance the Railway department gave to each and every passenger.

Helped Him At Vadodara Railway Station

On reaching the Vadodara railway station, railway officers were ready for Satyam Gadhvi. They helped him out and directed him to the platform. Satyam didn’t even need to search for the platform. Railway officers helped him to reach the platform and even picked up his luggage for him. In the video, Satyam revealed that the Railway department did everything for him and he is sure it was going to be a very happy journey from Vadodara to Chennai by train.
