After UK, Indians can now get a Schengen visa on priority for business or leisure travel related reasons.
What Is It?
As tourism is booming, many countries are offering fast-paced visas to Indian travellers. At first, only UK was offering quick visas to Indian business and leisure travellers. The turnaround time was between 24 hours (for ₹90,000) up to one week (for ₹20,000) for a UK visa. But now Indians can also get a priority visa to Schengen and the charges would be much less as compared to the UK priority visa.

What Do We Know?
With the current Schengen visa scenario, it takes about 15-20 days for approval. But the priority visa will make the turnaround time much less so Indian travellers can look forward to having a hassle-free vacation.
With the Schengen visa, 26 countries will be covered for Indians. These will include – France, Switzerland, Hungary, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Ireland, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Austria.
