You can now shop for vegetables, fruits and fish at the beautiful lake of Patuli. The market has been created to rehabilitate shopkeepers from a nearby demolished market. Choose from 228 sellers with each boat housing 2 shops.  Also read: We Found Egg Appam In Kolkata's Southern Avenue At The Coastal Machan Nearly 10 crore has been used to develop the water body that supports these boats. The market is 500 meters long and 60 meters wide. You can shop from this market from 6 AM up to 9 PM, although there might be a break in the afternoon.
