It’s the small things in life that leave a big impact! And Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia proved just that. He shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) of his recent interaction with a differently-abled flight crew member of IndiGo. In the video, he can be seen interacting patiently with the crew member who gifted him a portrait. With folded hands, Jyotiraditya even asked her to click a picture together and called the interaction a heart-touching moment.

Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a heartwarming video of his interaction with a crew member. On his IndiGo flight recently, he met a differently-abled crew member named Suhana Bano. After the flight, she gifted Jyotiraditya a portrait of him that she painted. Overwhelmed with the gift, the aviation minister thanked her with folded hands and took a picture as well. He shared the entire incident in the post in Hindi and called it a “dil choone wala pal” (heart-touching moment).
What’s really sweet about this interaction is that throughout the video, Jyotiraditya Scindia is seen trying to interact with Suhana in sign language. It can be inferred from the video that Suhana uses sign language. So instead of using a translator, for their brief interaction, Jyotiraditya Scindia tried his best to thank and appreciate her art in the best way possible with sign language.
Internet Applauds Jyotiraditya Scindia For This Heartwarming Interaction
The Internet is applauding Jyotiraditya Scindia’s little interaction with an IndiGo crew member. With thousands of views and likes, this video is spreading smiles on many faces. IndiGo also retweeted the video and thanked Scindia for making Suhana’s day and reinforcing the company’s commitment to inclusivity.
Sir, thank you for sharing this heartfelt moment with all of us and acknowledging Suhana's talent. It will surely bring a big smile to her face. You indeed made our day and reinforced our commitment to inclusivity. #IndiaByIndiGo https://t.co/4M4thLW3hg
