This time, the Indian Railways has extended the Vande Bharat Express connecting Indore and Bhopal and connected with Nagpur.
Indore-Bhopal Vande Bharat Express Extended To This City In Maharashtra
Indian Railways have expanded this route in Madhya Pradesh and connected it to Maharashtra’s Nagpur. Dr. Shivraj Manaspure is the Chief Public Relations Officer of the Central Railway. Recently, he stated about the decision to extend the 20911/12 Indore-Bhopal Vande Bharat Express to Nagpur. The train is named Indore-Nagpur Vande Bharat Express, according to a report by the Financial Express. Also, the extension from Madhya Pradesh to Maharashtra has been done permanently.

This is now the 5th new age train of the Central Railway. Once it starts operating to and from Nagpur, it is all set to make the journey between both these states much enhanced and faster as well.
Here’s All You Need To Know About This Extended Route:
- In 8 hours and 20 minutes, the Vande Bharat Express connecting Indore and Nagpur is going to cover a total distance of 635 km.
- This semi-high-speed train connecting both the cities of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra is going to provide services on 6 days every week, from Monday to Saturday.
- It is ready to run at 110 kmph -130 kmph.
- Also, the train running on this route is equipped with 8 coaches.
- Between Indore and Nagpur, the train is going to make a stop at Bhopal Junction railway station, Betul railway station, Itarsi Junction railway station, and Ujjain Junction railway station.
