What Is It?
Michelin-starred Chef Vineet Bhatia is known for being the most exciting, creative and accomplished chef. He operates restaurants around the world revolutionizing Indian food. Located at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spar, JBR, INDYA is Chef Vineet’s second restaurant in Dubai (the first one, Indego by Vineet in Grosvenor House Dubai). The eatery seats up to 90 diners and showcases both traditional and modern culinary delights from all over the many different regions of India. Indya is a beautifully appointed, brightly colored restaurant that gives complete festive vibes. There is an outdoor terrace, as well as a bar serving signature cocktails, and beverages.

The menu is comprised of ‘Sharing Plates‘ where traditions embrace the contemporary and dishes are grouped into five sections – From The Chaat Trolley, From The Earth, From The Land, From The Sea and From The Halwai (Desserts). Highlights include chaat, goat cheese-smoked cashew gujiya, daulat aunty’s mutton dhansak with parsi brown rice, banana leaf koli fish.
