Flying to Delhi? International passengers do not need to upload their vaccination certificate or negative RT-PCR test on the Air Suvidha portal. The Indian government has even decided to scrap the Covid-19 vaccination certificate uploading policy on the Air Suvidha portal. International travellers do not have to even upload their negative RT-PCR reports. This comes as a big move for the international travellers who need to fill a detailed Air Suvidha form before heading to India.
Air Suvidha Portal; What’s New For International Travellers?
Passengers to India have been exempted from uploading Covid-19 vaccination and RT-PCR certificates on the Air Suvidha portal. This was done, after the Civil Aviation ministry sought this from the Centre, quoting difficulty of passengers in uploading the documents in Air Suvidha portal, as per media reports. As most countries around the world have opened their borders and removing most of the restrictions, India too, is easing travel restrictions for the international travellers’ to India.

Trouble In Uploading Docs On The Portal
Numerous passengers have complained about the difficulty in uploading their documents in the Air Suvidha portal. Following which the Civil aviation ministry took this decision. The trouble in filling the forms have been reported by passengers regularly. As for the domestic flights, all airlines are following the Covid-19 protocol. Here’s what the Ministry of Civil Aviation informed –
