1. Underwater Yoga at Atlantis, Dubai

2. Rainforest Yoga at Green Planet

Yoga is all about attaining inner peace, and Green Planet is giving you the perfect opportunity to do so. Green Planet and Core Direction are now taking classes amid 3,000 different species of plants, animals and birds. The 60-minute rejuvenating session costs AED 149. 3. Sunset Yoga at Dubai Opera Garden

There’s no better way to attain peace while chasing the sunset! And to make sure that you have a serene yoga session, Dubai Opera and Core Direction have joined hands and how! The team is offering yoga classes at Dubai opera Garden till October 24. You can enjoy an hour session every Saturday and Monday between 6-7 PM. Well, that’s not it, you can enjoy the beautiful site of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai will taking the session. The class costs AED 100, and you can book the session via the core direction app.

4. Yoga on the UAE’s highest mountain

Love mountains and height? If yes, then this yoga class is for you. Take a one-hour Vinyasa yoga flow and meditation session at Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah. Ease all your worries with a one-hour yoga class on its viewing deck on Friday, October 16 at 9 AM. Pay AED 179 per session and enjoy a which includes breakfast after the session in 1484 by Puro.

5. The View, The Palm Jumeirah

For the first time, The View at The Palm, the stunning 360 observation deck by Nakheel, is hosting weekly yoga sessions. Participants can breathe in and breathe out in style, while soaking in unparalleled 360-degree views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s most iconic landmarks. The yoga session happens every Tuesday and Friday from 7am to 8am. So, make sure you bookmark the date and time.

Yogis can find their zen at a 60-minute vinyasa yoga session at the unique observation deck on level 52 at The Palm Tower. Guests can practice body balance, breathing and relaxation techniques from the highest vantage point on Palm Jumeirah. The session is priced at AED149 per person and will adhere to strict Covid-19 safety regulations including two metre social distancing norms and sanitizing protocols.

Visitors are encouraged to arrive at 6:30 am to set up and enjoy the remarkable views before the yoga experience commences. Besides, they can also visit the Nakheel Mall, which is directly connected to The View, for breakfast once the session ends. Click here to register. 

6. Burj Al Arab

Well, not literally, but doing yoga on one of Dubai’s iconic buildings is as good as doing it in the sky. You can practice your salutations from the Burj Al Arab every month. The classes take place each month, and vary based on the Moon’s cycle. While the yoga will help you calm down, it is the stunning view that’ll uplift your mood instantly.
